Aftercare & Handling.

Your art print has been carefully produced using premium materials and high-end printing techniques. To keep it looking its best for years to come, a little extra care goes a long way.

This is human made. A label for people who create.

Handle with care.

Our prints are made with a fine layer of ink applied to high-quality fine art paper. This allows us to achieve exceptional color, detail, and depth, but it also means the printed surface can be delicate.

Avoid touching the printed surface with your fingers or nails, as even a small scratch can leave a visible mark. Always handle your artwork by the edges and keep the protective tissue paper between your hands and the print whenever possible.

Handle gently. Keep the surface protected.

Let it rest.

Your artwork arrives carefully rolled in one of our specially designed packages to help prevent folds and creases during transport.

Before framing, we recommend allowing your print to rest flat for approximately 24 hours. This gives the paper time to relax and makes the framing process easier and safer.

When unrolling your artwork:

  1. Carefully remove the rolled print from its packaging.

  2. Keep the artwork protected by the supplied tissue paper while handling it.

  3. Gently unroll the print onto a clean, flat, and even surface, with the printed side facing down and a layer of the tissue paper between the print and the surface.

  4. Place a clean, object such as a large book at the center to help the print gradually flatten. Make sure the object cannot scratch, mark, or otherwise damage the artwork.

  5. Allow the print to rest for approximately 24 hours before framing.

Never force the artwork flat or bend it against its natural curve, as this can cause permanent creases or damage.

Frame It. Protect It.

To preserve your artwork and keep its colors looking their best, we strongly recommend framing your print using a professionally made frame with museum glass and/or UV-protective glass.

Our prints are produced using advanced printing technology to achieve rich, vibrant, and accurate colors. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can affect even the highest-quality prints over time.

A quality frame with UV protection helps reduce the impact of sunlight and other environmental factors, allowing your artwork to retain its original appearance for as long as possible.

Treat your print with care, protect it from light, and it will remain a beautiful part of your space for years to come.
