FAQs

Our prints combine high-end printing, archival fine art paper, and carefully selected artists.
We use professional art and photography printers with specialised archival papers to reproduce each artwork with excellent color, detail, and clarity. Every artist and artwork is carefully curated by us, and we only work with real artists. We do not sell AI-generated artwork.
Every print is produced as a limited edition of no more than 30 pieces, making each artwork exclusive.
In short: real artists, high-quality printing, premium materials, and genuinely limited editions.
-
A limited edition means that only a set number of prints will ever be produced for a specific artwork.
Our standard editions are limited to a maximum of 30 prints. Once all 30 have been sold, that edition is closed and the print will no longer be available.
We produce each print to order, so we don't overproduce or keep large stocks. Some special or celebratory editions may have a different number of prints, which will always be clearly stated with the artwork.

The artwork on NoriArt is created by a carefully selected group of independent and emerging artists.
We personally curate every artist and artwork featured in our collection. With our background in design and art, we look for work that feels original, well considered, and fits within our vision.
Our artists come from different backgrounds and work across a range of styles and disciplines, including illustration, painting, photography, and digital art. This means every piece in the collection has its own character and story.
-
No. We do not sell AI-generated artwork.
Every artwork on NoriArt is created by a real artist. We work closely with our artists throughout the selection and preparation process, and every submitted artwork is reviewed by our team before it goes to print.
We believe the value of art comes from the artist’s own creativity, ideas, and craftsmanship. That’s why we are committed to keeping NoriArt focused on real artists and authentic creative work.
-
The paper can vary depending on the artwork and the artist’s preference, but we always use high-quality, archival fine art paper specifically selected for art printing.
We choose the paper based on the artwork’s colors, detail, and overall character to make sure it is presented in the best possible way. This helps us achieve excellent color reproduction, detail, and longevity while maintaining the look and feel of the original artwork.

We use professional art and photography printers with Micro Piezo inkjet technology.
Unlike traditional thermal inkjet printing, Micro Piezo is a heat-free process that uses electrically driven piezoelectric elements to precisely control how each ink droplet is placed onto the paper.
This allows us to achieve fine detail, smooth color transitions, and accurate color reproduction, making it well suited for high-quality art prints.

Yes. Every NoriArt print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
The certificate confirms the artist, artwork, and limited-edition number of your print. It provides a clear record of authenticity and connects your print to the original limited edition.
With a maximum of 30 prints per edition, your certificate helps confirm that you own an authentic piece from that specific edition.

Our prints are made using high-quality fine art paper and professional printing techniques, so they should be handled with care.
Always handle your print by the edges and avoid touching the printed surface, as it can be sensitive to scratches and marks. We also recommend keeping the print protected with the supplied tissue paper until it is ready to be framed.
For detailed instructions on unrolling, handling, framing, and protecting your print, please visit our Aftercare & Handling page.
-
Each print is carefully prepared and protected before it leaves us. We gently roll the artwork in protective tissue paper to help prevent scratches and other damage during transport.
The rolled print is then placed inside a sturdy triangular shipping tube, designed to keep the artwork secure and prevent it from bending, folding, or being damaged during delivery.
Once it arrives, we recommend following our Aftercare & Handling guide to safely unroll and prepare your print for framing.
-
Our prints are produced to order, so we need a little time to carefully print and prepare your artwork before it is shipped.
After printing, delivery usually takes around 5 working days, depending on your local postal service.
For international orders, we recommend allowing at least 10 working days for delivery. Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the destination and local postal service.
-
Yes. We offer a 14-day return period for eligible orders.
As our prints are produced to order, please check the conditions and instructions before returning your artwork.

We do everything we can to make sure the artwork shown on our website accurately represents the physical print you receive. We carefully prepare and color-check each artwork before printing to achieve the most accurate reproduction possible.
However, some differences in color may occur between the artwork shown online and the physical print. Screens, monitors, and mobile devices all display colors differently depending on their settings, calibration, and technology.
The physical print is the final reference, and we always aim to keep it as true to the artist’s original work as possible.
